As part of a larger study on the state of diversity in media, Leading Edge Associates has surveyed online journalists and others to gain insights on whether organizations are making conscious efforts to address issues of inclusion in hiring,training and content development. LEA president Larry Olmstead and researcher David LaFontaine will present preliminary findings and discuss the implications of the study, a project of UNITY: Journalists of Color.
